If you are a registered user of this site, log in to your user account and click on complaints in the top menu. All your orders will be displayed. Choose the order from which you want to claim the goods, web application, or service.
If you are not a registered user, it is sufficient if you see your number and password in your order and enter the information into the complaint system. The system then displays the selected order. And then you can claim your complaint by filling out the ONLINE claim form.
